This vintage Rolex Oyster Royal dates to the 1950s and still maintains the original non-screw-down Rolex Super-Oyster winding crown that was only used by Rolex for two years. This is a mid-sized (smaller) 32mm stainless steel ref. 6144 Rolex Oyster case that gleams. This case is larger than the boys-sized Rolex watches. The manual winding Rolex movement was cleaned very recently and is accurate. This interesting dial was expertly restored while retaining the original raised gold-toned arrow and square markers, with blued steel Dauphine hands, and sweep seconds. The watch’s subtle looks make this a very collectable Rolex.
