Description
This 1950s Canadian-version Rolex Precision is completely original and correct. The full-sized contract stainless steel screw-back case is completely original and correct to this watch and is signed Rolex. Rolex used Canadian case makers to save on import duty charges, then imported the Rolex movements to be inserted in these watches. This Rolex movement was just cleaned and is accurately maintaining time. The original dial with raised gold-toned markers, Dauphine hands, and sweep seconds has the highly sought-after 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 Rolex Explorer combination, as seen on other Canadian-version Rolex watches. The full-sized (35mm) stainless steel Rolex signed (original and correct) case has a screw ring, which retains the domed case back. The original dustproof (non-screw-down) crown is still present. This is a rare Canadian-version Rolex watch that is seldom seen in its original condition.
