Description
This 1950s (Longines) Wittnauer professional chronograph is quite classic in its design. Uncomplicated and fluid lines accent this 36mm stainless steel signed case having beveled lugs, smooth bezel, round pushers, and original signed winding crown. The dial is so clean and well-printed, that it is difficult to tell whether it was restored or not! If so, this is an older restoration that really looks brilliant! Notice the original blued steel dagger hands and chronograph hands. The famous and desired Valjoux 72 movement was just fully disassembled, cleaned, and is accurate with all functions operating as they should.
