Description
Here is an early and classic, all-original Omega Constellation dating to 1951! The 35mm original gold and steel Constellation case has curved and heavy gold-capped lugs with a 14k solid-gold bezel and solid-gold Constellation observatory on the rear. The beveled (original) Constellation winding crown and signed Omega crystal are all excellent! The original engine-turned dial on this vintage Constellation is spectacular being two-tone, quadrant-style with gold edge, silver ‘bullseye’ and very desirable raised gold 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 Arabic markers. It is also equipped with arrow feather markers, lume, Dauphine hands, and blued steel sweep seconds. The early bumper automatic winding caliber 354 movement was just cleaned by our watchmaker and is keeping time very well! This Constellation movement is the swan’s neck regulation and adjusted to five positions. This watch does not exhibit any case wear and the dial is virtually flawless. To find such a clean and early vintage Constellation is really a treat!
