Description
This is a vintage circa 1957 Hamilton Electric Victor and the earliest variation of the attractive dials found on this model. The Victor is a sprawling watch, measuring 29.5mm across and 39.5mm lug-to-lug and provides much wrist coverage being a square-shaped watch. I love the asymmetrical design and offset (original) setting crown! The caliber 500 Hamilton Electric movement was just overhauled and cleaned by noted Hamilton Electric specialist from Britain, Paul Wirdnam in January, 2009. The gold-filled case is in very fine overall condition and is without any wear through (brassing).
