Here is a very uncommon and absolutely sublime 1958 Omega Seamaster measuring an oversized 36×43.5mm in mirror-like stainless steel! This Omega watch is unlike any we have ever seen, having an understated, yet refined and expensive look about it, which is similar to that of a Patek or Vacheron with its distinguished poise. The original dial is eggshell in tone, and with the naked eye truly looks to be without a flaw (there is only the tiniest spots of age that are visible). The ‘Patek-like’ pencil-tip markers are rose, as well as the radium Dauphine hands. Notice the hour hand with its larger green lume section. This watch retains its original Omega winding crown. The very high-quality and renowned 200-series (caliber 284) movement appears to have been cleaned for the very first time by our watchmaker. Now this movement shines and operates perfectly accurate! The case is without any dings or scratches and was evidently barely worn by its previous owner. You can find this same case housing the Omega Ranchero. We replaced the crystal with an original Omega hesalite. The watch has been paired with a sumptuous deep-brown alligator band and original 1950s Omega steel buckle.
