Description
This is an uncommon ref. 6564-6565 Rolex Oyster Perpetual dating to 1959. The 34mm stainless steel case is without any dings or major scratches and retains its original and unpolished finish. The dial is completely original with a gentle patina and some spotting that appears at different angles, which lends a wonderful vintage look. Notice the original Dauphine hands and blued steel sweep seconds. The Rolex Oyster winding crown fastens smoothly. The caliber 1560 automatic movement with butterfly rotor was just cleaned and is accurate. The 6564 and 6565 was produced for a very short time period.
