Description
This is a fine, early and uncommon, 1960 Tudor Oyster-Prince, known as the “Tuxedo” with a flawless, and accurately restored bullseye, pie-pan dial! The radiating silver, original ribbed edges with gold-coloured markers lead your eye towards the black middle, having silver print, Dauphine hands, Tudor rose insignia. The 1960s dial variation is slightly different than the 1950s version. The shimmering stainless steel case, Rolex winding crown, inwardly curved Bombe lugs are all in gleaming condition. The Tudor (by Rolex) automatic winding movement was fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned. These watches are very hot and desirable with prices still low (in my opinion).
