Description
Here we have a 1960s Super Compressor Swiss made dive watch made by Jacquet Girard measuring 36mm and 12mm thick in stainless steel. This watch retains the correct cross-hatched bezel set and winding crowns. The dial looks rather striking, having large raised baton and triangular markers and thick matching baton hands. The outer bezel turns using the top crown. The automatic Swiss movement was just cleaned by our watchmaker and is accurate. The lugs and case are rather chunky and lend a purposeful presence. This is a very uncommon vintage dive watch.
