Description
Here is a more uncommon version of the LeCoultre Memovox alarm watch in stainless steel since it is the oversized 37mm version from the 1960s. This stainless steel case displays very clean overall condition with the usual tool marks on the case back. The dial was restored many years ago while the Dauphine-style hands on this watch are completely original. There is some corrosion on the second hand, which is really not visible with the naked eye. The automatic winding LeCoultre movement is accurately keeping time and buzzing. The automatic winding Jaeger-LeCoultre alarm movement has been cleaned and is accurate. I personally use a Memovox as my alarm to wake up for the gym. They are much more subtle than the horrendous, loud-buzzing clocks, and reliable if the power fails. This watch looks amazing on the wrist.
