Description
This Nastrix Skindiver 900 is French-made with a Swiss automatic winding movement, which has been recently cleaned and is keeping accurate time. Notice the case markings, indicating water resistance to 275m. We are guessing that this watch was manufactured in the late 1960s. The massive 41mm stainless steel case is in spectacular condition. This is truly a very large and imposing watch on the wrist. This Nastrix has its original turning bezel, crystal, dial, and screw-down crown. Notice the aged-vanilla lume markers and interesting triangle hour hand. It is interesting to note that president John F. Kennedy also wore a Nastrix. This vintage dive watch exudes a true presence! We have never owned another of these and believe it is quite uncommon.
