Description
This is a highly sought-after vintage 1960s Ollech & Wajs chronograph, having a recently serviced Valjoux 7730 manual winding movement. Ollech & Wajs became famous after utilizing mail-order marketing of aviation and sportsman watches in the 1960s; and were prized by soldiers in Vietnam. This particular model is highly desired due to its wide and easy-to-read turning steel bezel, along with the 38mm robust screw-back case, round pushers, and vibrant-green (rarely seen) dial! This dial is stunning and pristine with all its original lume. The dial changes from lime to olive green depending on the light. The yachting coloured segments in the right chrono register adds interest. This case is amazingly preserved for its age.
