Here is an Omega Seamaster De Ville from the late 1960s measuring 34mm in a gold-filled case with sea-monster back, Omega winding crown, and original Roman-numeral gold-toned dial. The case looks very clean with the naked eye and only displays minor dings (from normal use) on the lug’s sides if you look very closely. The automatic winding movement has just been cleaned and is running accurately.
