Description
I love the almost pristine dial on this 1963 Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref. 1003. Look at the amazing original Dauphine-styled hands with matching original lume. Add to that, the original blued steel sweep seconds provide some cool contrast. The engine-turned bezel has a few minor and usual marks that look much less visible in person. The 34mm case really does look very fine with only the tiniest nick. The caliber 1560 automatic winding movement is accurate. This watch has a 1973 Rolex Oyster riveted bracelet we are including in the price, which does have some stretch, but still looks very good on the wrist. This watch is worth $3000 without the bracelet, so it is a bonus. Early 1960s Rolex watches are becoming harder to find in such great condition.
