Description
This is a Tudor Ranger ref. 7966 dating to 1965 in stainless steel measuring 34mm. Most of these watches that are available on the internet are fakes or ‘made up,’ but this is an original example. The dial is completely original with the lume having been touched up on the original hands only. All the lume on the dial is original. The automatic winding original movement has been cleaned and is accurately keeping time. It is rare to find an original dial on these watches. The serial number between the lugs is clear 527xxx and interestingly, there is an extra serial number 19408 (as you can see on the case back), which also appears between the lugs. These Tudor Rangers are very uncommon to find.
