Description
This vintage solid-gold 21×29.5mm 1970s Cartier Tank ladies watch is a complete package, having the original box, band, and gold-plated Cartier buckle. The 18k solid-gold case with faceted crystal and cabochon crown looks excellent. This watch has the more desirable manual winding (mechanical) movement, as opposed to the battery operated quartz and is solid gold instead of the (newer) gold-plated variation. The Cartier movement was just cleaned and is working perfectly.
