Description
This vintage 1970s, Glycine Airman World Time is an extremely rare watch, in fact, I have never seen another prior to this example. Glycine used the same case as the Airman SST, with the difference being the cool, fish-embossed case back. The original dial is very vibrant, having red accents on the inner turning bezel (adjusted by the upper crown), which allows for calculations for different time zones. The finely made bracelet is also completely original to this watch and displays great condition. Both crosshatched winding and setting crowns are original. The massive 42x50mm and 14mm thick case is without any scratches. This is a true tool watch that was likely produced in limited numbers for pilots by Glycine, and one which you may never see again.
