Description
This is a fine example of a very rare Heuer Silverstone vintage 1970s chronograph. The massive stainless steel case with original notched pushers glistens without any major wear, and measures a whopping 42mm across. There are only micro marks on the case that are only visible very close up and if one desired, could easily disappear with a light polish. No major nicks or dings are present. The original smoke-grey, blue dial with white baton hands is without a scratch. The movement is a recently cleaned and overhauled caliber 12 automatic winding. The vintage rally style band has an original Heuer steel buckle installed. The sapphire crystal is pristine. We cannot stress how rare it is to come across such a clean and rare Heuer vintage auto racing watch!
