Description
We think vintage Longines chronographs are undervalued at present! This 1970s vintage anodized steel chronograph measures 41mm across with stainless steel (signed) screw back and original winding crown, all in fine shape without any major dings or scratches. The matching round pushers are also original in anodized steel. The original black dial is clear, crisp, and easy to read with its oversized chronograph registers, neon chronograph hand, lume, baton hands, markers, and day/date aperture. Notice the inner tachymeter bezel. The movement is the ball-bearing rotor (free-wheeling) signed Longines automatic caliber 7750 by Valjoux, which was just cleaned, and is accurate with all functions operating as they should. These watches were used by the Israeli Air Force in the 1970s.
