1970s Sekonda Chronograph Worn On “For All Mankind” TV Series

Description

This circa 1970s Sekonda Russian Chronograph (designed in Britain) is one of the highest end watches the Russians sold. The case measures 36mm and displays excellent condition for its age. The black dial, hands and lume are all original and very clean. The fine Poljot 3017 column-wheel chronograph movement was just cleaned and is accurate. We leased two of these watches to the Apple TV+ show “For All Mankind” and this is the last one available after being returned from filming and was just serviced. This watch was developed for Russian Air Force officers, party members, government and even used by several Russian cosmonautes such as Alexey Alexandrovich Gubarev during the Soyuz-28 mission.
