This stainless steel 36x43mm Tissot Seastar Visodate PR516 has a lovely azure-blue original dial with 24-hour reading. The hands go around only once per day. The automatic winding Tissot movement was recently serviced and is accurate. These 1970s 24-hour watches are less common than the 12-hour PR516 watches.
