Description
You really have to love these large Omegas from the 1970s. This 1972-version has big, beefy lugs and an all-dial appearance. The stainless steel case with sea-monster-embossed case back measures 35mm and gleams. The winding crown and hesalite crystal are correct Omega. This caliber 1012 automatic winding movement has the bonus of the quick-set date feature. The original silver dial with baton markers and hands looks almost flawless. This watch is a Rolex-Oyster-Perpetual-Date-equivalent, offering the same quality at a fraction of the price.
