Try to find another 34mm very clean Rolex gold-plated case and crystal for the ref. 1550. This watch retains the expensive Rolex crystal, which is in great shape. Usually, these are heavily worn cases. This one displays very good shape and is without any major wear or flaws for its 3.9 million serial # dating to 1973. All writing between the lugs is readable. The original steel case back is also very clean and included.
