This is a King Seiko Vanac dating to about 1973. The original blue dial is uncommon. This original Seiko Vanac stainless-steel bracelet is extremely clean, considering the age of the watch. The original faceted crystal is valuable and seldom seen; being almost devoid of scratches. These crystals are usually badly damaged due to their faceted angles getting chipped; or have been replaced with non-original versions. The automatic winding King Seiko cal. 5626 movement was serviced and is accurate. It is amazing to see the refraction of light through the watch crystal; changing the dial colour on angles, from various shades of blue and grey. The angled-steel case on this watch has very minor marks and does gleam. The original King Seiko winding crown is present. These watches command attention to the wrist when worn. If you know your vintage King Seiko Vanacs, then you are aware – this is a highly coveted watch.
