Here is a 1975 Cartier housed in a very clean gold-plated 23x30mm case with original blue cabochon-tipped winding crown. The green marble-like-patterned dial is all original and very uncommon to find in this colour. This watch houses the manual winding Cartier movement which is keeping accurate time. Usually, Cartiers this old are heavily worn and damaged… not this one. This is a fabulous and uncommon vintage Cartier you will treasure.
