Description
This is a rare Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust ref. 1630 automatic winding watch dating to 1977 with 5.2 million serial #. The 36mm steel and gold case with sapphire crystal displays very good condition. The original dial has some very mild age spotting, which is not really visible with the naked eye. These particular Datejusts were produced in very small numbers and utilize the modern-looking Oysterquartz case from the same era. These are very rare watches. The integrated bracelets on these watches are engineered better than all the Oyster and Jubilee bracelets and are not prone to stretching. This entire watch looks very clean. We just had the automatic winding Rolex movement serviced and it is accurate. These watches look larger on the wrist due to the wide bracelets. I think these watches are amazing value and will increase over time.
