Description
Here is an early 1980s vintage Le Jour chronograph measuring 40mm having a PVD-coated case and bracelet. I love how the PVD coating has evenly worn throughout, producing a very appealing vintage look on the case and bracelet. All these watches tended to fade like this, as PVD coating was in its infancy. The black original dial is easily readable with large chronograph registers, an orange chronograph hand, and vanilla aged lume. The crystal is mineral glass. This automatic winding 7750 movement is keeping accurate time with the chronograph functioning perfectly. Heuer produced an identical watch under their name as well.
