This vintage, all-original and correct ref. 15505 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date is all heavily gold plated and is virtually pristine. This watch was produced in 1986. It is uncommon to find these watches in such clean condition, as normally they are worn and beaten. This gold-plated case and original heavy Oyster bracelet are all like new. We had the bracelet professionally and (expensively) re-plated. The caliber 3035 movement with quickset date feature was just cleaned and is accurate. The original gold dial and matching handset are pristine. This is an inexpensive way to purchase a Rolex that truly looks like solid gold! These are uncommon watches and usually we find they get snapped up by collectors fast. This watch has a rare, full 13-link bracelet, original hang tag with serial number, and original inner and outer box.
