This vintage, all-original and correct ref. 15505 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date is all heavily gold plated and is without wear! This watch was produced in 1986. It is uncommon to find these watches in such clean condition, as normally they are worn and beaten. This gold-plated case and original heavy Oyster bracelet are all very fine and without major scratches. The entire bracelet and watch were heavily gold plated at the Rolex factory. It is interesting to mention that these Rolex watches have a special and heavy Oyster bracelet with solid end-pieces, similar to the Rolex President. The 3035 movement with quickset date feature was just cleaned and is accurate. The original gold dial and matching handset are pristine. This is an inexpensive way to purchase a Rolex that truly looks like solid gold!
