Description
This 40mm Rolex Explorer II ref. 16570 dates to 1988 and its best feature is the deep-vanilla lume on the original markers. The hands are slightly lighter, but with the naked eye are more subtle. The steel case has only been hand-polished to retain the finish. There are some mild marks on the bezel and very light marks overall. The sapphire crystal has the slightest mark near 10:00 but it is hardly visible. We just had the Rolex automatic movement cleaned by our Rolex-trained watchmaker and it is accurate. The 11-link Rolex Oyster bracelet is very fine with extremely slight marks.
