This 37mm steel circa 1994 Universal Geneve Compax manual winding watch is a stunner. This watch was produced to commemorate the company’s 100-year anniversary. The coin-edge bezel is wide and very attractive. The screw-back case with UG logo crown shimmers. The original crocodile band and very attractive Universal Geneve steel buckle is present. The two-tone dial with gleaming Dauphine hands speaks for itself – amazing! The manual winding Universal Geneve (Lemania 1873) is essentially a caliber-861-Omega-based movement. The movement was cleaned in 2014 and is working perfectly. I absolutely love this hard-to-find watch.
