This is a large and seldom seen 1971 Omega Seamaster Automatic having an uncommon light pewter toned dial which really catches the light. This vintage Omega measures a modest 36mm and looks larger due to the beefy rounded 4.5mm thick lugs. The workhorse caliber 565 movement is the same as used in the Omega Seamaster Poppy and Banana 200m dive watches; both two watches we coined the names. The date has a quickset feature when the crown is pulled out all the way. This watch retains the expensive signed Omega logo hesalite crystal and correct Omega winding crown. On the wrist, this vintage Omega truly looks like new. This is a very reliable watch that can be worn daily.
