This serial number 1580xxx Rolex Submariner dates to 1966 and is dated ’66 between the case rear. Over the years, the hands, bezel and bracelet were replaced with more modern iterations. The Rolex Oyster bracelet is the thick ref. 78360 in very fine condition. The bezel is likely from the ’80s. The hands are correct and have a slightly lighter lume than the dial. The 200m dial is original, as is the luminous. Any dark spots in the dial are reflections – the dial looks amazing. The caliber 1520 Rolex automatic winding movement is original, just cleaned and accurate. The 40mm stainless case appears in very fine condition and to have been lightly polished over the years. We have priced this watch properly. You could have a spectacular looking vintage Rolex Submariner at a great price.
