Description
This Baume & Mercier Moonphase chronograph is a very fine and discreet example of a classic watch. The 18k solid-gold case is without any flaws and measures 32x39mm lug to lug and fits an 18mm band. The solid-gold case is a three piece with rectangular pushers. The original dial has Roman numerals with moonphase, date register, 30-minute counter at 3:00, constant seconds at 9:00, and 12-hour recorder. The high-grade 17-jewel movement is a modified caliber 1883 and has just been cleaned and is accurate.
