I think these 1960s Borel cocktail watches are very cool! This is a men’s version that would look great on a lady as well. The gold-filled case measures 32mm, but looks larger due to the narrow and sloped bezel. The case is a skeleton see-through allowing viewing of the serviced manual winding movement. The inner disc rotates constantly as the watch ticks, creating a kaleidoscope mesmerizing changing pattern. The other disc rotates the minute and hour hands almost mysteriously to the eye. This version is one of the best looking; having dog-leg lugs on the case. The dial features large, exaggerated Arabic gold-toned numerals. This is a prime example of a Borel cocktail watch.
