Description
This is an extremely rare Breitling co-pilot (massive) stainless steel (shimmering like platinum) chronograph with a screw-back case, and an (original) black turning bezel! These watches are the rarest and most desirable of all the pilot’s watches produced by Breitling. On the wrist, they command attention due to their imposing size and bold looks. The dial was expertly and exactly restored to perfection, having white sub-registers, original lume, pencil hands, and matching markers. The Venus 178 movement is all original, signed (Breitling), and just cleaned, overhauled and is operating like silk. This movement is considered to be one of the finest movements produced by Breitling. The stainless steel case measures a whopping 41x47mm across and still has sharp edges!
