Description
This is a rather uncommon and interesting watch made by Breitling in the early 1970s. Breitling was experimenting with lightweight materials and came out with this ref. 2016 chronograph in different colours; with the green being the hardest to find. The 41mm Breitling case is made with resin and feels like the watch just floats on the wrist. Not unlike the feather-light Richard Mille watches; this case offers the same feel. The movement is the chronograph Valjoux 7733 manual winding (signed Breitling) which was just fully serviced and is accurate, with the chronograph operating perfectly. The original green dial having orange-tipped baton hands looks great. The pulsations bezel (great for doctors) makes this watch quite unique. There are no flaws worth noting. I can change the Nato band colour or put on leather if you like.
