Description
This uncommon vintage 1972 Bulova Chronograph is known as the Bulova ‘F’ and measures 43mm. This is a robust and substantial watch on the wrist. The movement is known as the first automatic winding chronograph; the Buren caliber 12. This movement was also used by both Breitling and Heuer. The movement was just fully serviced, accurate and operating perfectly. The exotic and original dial is stunning. I would guess the pushers and crown were custom plated in gold by the previous owner, but they look great on this watch. These early and important automatic winding Bulova chronographs are hard to find.
