This is a very interesting looking solid 14k. gold BULOVA ACCUTRON measuring 31.5×37.5mm. lug-to-lug. and is not feathery light, but a decent amount of gold. The original dial as you can see is really quite vibrant and unique. The “buzzing” Bulova Accutron movement was just cleaned and accurate. This was designed as a men’s watch, but is an ideal size for a lady. Bulova began developing the Accutron in 1952 and they came into mass production on October 25, 1960 and were produced until 1977. Some even see the 360 cycle/second hum of an Accutron has a therapeutic and relaxing effect on the wearer…no kidding! This could be due to the high magnetic field created by the vibrating crystals and coil.
