Description
This is an unmolested (unpolished) and original Cartier Tank Americaine heavy 18k solid-gold watch. It is a large 26.5x40mm rectangular-cased watch with the iconic Cartier Roman numeral dial. The fine automatic Cartier movement is keeping accurate time. The original blue cabochon-tipped crown catches the light and elevates the blued steel hands. The band and buckle are generic. It is great to find this watch in original and unpolished condition. The previous owner purchased this watch at Sotheby’s.
