Omega Seamaster 1950

OMEGA Japanese market 1974 Pie-Pan-extremely rare

Click watch above…more detail will appear…

This is a very RARE OMEGA PIE-PAN CONSTELLATION dating to 1974.Yes, 1974. Most would say that the Pie-Pan dial never existed in the 70’s, but it is true it exists! You can do your internet research and discover this model ref. 168.0065 with caliber 1011 chronometer grade movement exists and only a few examples discovered around the world. We just had the movement cleaned and is accurate. To make it more interesting, the original owner I purchased this from was from Japan-purchased it new there in ’74 and kept it in a safe for decades. The original band was dried out, but I have saved and included the ORIGINAL steel OMEGA buckle which was sold with the watch. The original Pie-Pan dial is slightly flatter and the original Dauphine hands are present. Notice the raised OMEGA wording located on the lower portion of the dial, Again, this is a one of a kind model. This crown is completely original and correct to the watch as is documented on the net with other examples discovered. The case on this watch has sharp edges and NEVER polished. This may be the only one you will ever find! The Omega Museum is aware of this version. Grab it @ $3500.
