Squale Eagle Star Professional 70’s Massive Dive Watch

When we refer to the term “tool watch” in the horological world, this Eagle Star Squale Professional dive watch defines the analogy. This is without a doubt the best colour combination produced in the Squale line of professional diving timepieces. The orange and black perspex bezel exemplifies the 1970’s stylings. The turning bezel has remained in very good shape, as these were prone to getting bashed around. There is only some slight crackling and age visible. The original screw-down winding crown is operating perfectly. The original high dome crystal is also still present with some (usual) crazing. I love that vintage look of some slight crazing, as it lends a vintage appeal. The finely preserved case measures 41mm. and 16mm. thick with the crystal. The 25 jewel Swiss ETA 2783 movement is accurate. I highly recommend this vintage dive watch, as I don’t think you will see examples such as this appear in the near future.
