This is a 14k solid-white-gold diamond watch that we guarantee was worn on season 6 of Mad Men, “To Have and To Hold” episode. Joan’s friend won the watch from Mary Kay in the scene, and this watch appears quite a bit on camera in this episode, ending with Joan clearly holding the watch to the camera for an extended period. I (Derek Dier) actually had to fly down to the Mad Men set to colour the band and dial of this watch to Mary Kay pink and had to have Matthew Weiner approve the look! The diamonds surround the dial on the bezel – six good-sized diamonds compose the lugs, with each of them being of fine quality. The manual winding Hamilton movement is keeping time. This is a piece of Mad Men history that will surely thrill a lady!
