Hamilton Sterile Military Chronograph
This 39mm. Hamilton chronograph dating to 1972 has a sterile dial. The lack of branding on the dial denotes the term “sterile” in the watch world. Some sterile watches like the Benrus type 1 have no name on the dial and no military markings whatsoever. Back to this example-stunning overall original condition! The photos say it all. The fixed-lug asymmetric case look fabulous, with proper British military markings dating this piece to 1972. The original dial and luminous are shockingly lovely. The manual winding Valjoux 7733 movement is accurate with the chronograph running smoothly. I don’t think you will find a better example.
