Jaeger LeCoultre Power reserve Powermatic 1950’s

It one thing to find a LeCoultre; however, finding the dial signed Jaeger LeCoultre is MUCH less common. Jaeger LeCoultre signed dials denote that the watch was produced in EUROPE, as opposed to “LeCoultre” signed being cased in the USA. These Jaeger dialed watches are more valuable and highly sought-after. This particular Jaeger LeCoultre automatic is known as the POWERMATIC, with its hours remaining power reserve aperture below 12:00. This dial is simply sublime, being all original and having splendid, original matching luminous on both dial and bled steel diamond hands. You really must see the dial in person to appreciate the warm vintage glow. The bumper automatic Jaeger LeCoultre movement was recently cleaned and is accurate. The steel case has NEVER been polished and retains the original finish-another factor lending to the fineness of this watch. The ding on the case edge is really not noticeable and amplified in my photo. The screw-back steel case measures 33.5mm. The original family who owned this watch stored it in a safe-unused for many years.
