Description
This vintage 1974 King Seiko ref. 5626-7113 is a very fine and highly coveted watch produced in Japan. This stainless steel unpolished case measures 36mm with screw-back and original logo winding crown. The very fine and reliable Seiko cal. 5626B with high-beat 28800 BPH movement is very accurate after a recent cleaning. The sweep seconds tick smoothly and you will not notice any ticking due to the high-beat movement. The silver dial is original and extremely clean with the quick-set day/date feature, as well as fine and thin sword hands with sweep seconds. The black inset markers and hands really add a distinctive flair. I really love the sharp and reflective angles of the case and lugs on these amazing-looking watches. This vintage Seiko watch remains unpolished and in person appears much cleaner than my detailed and close-up photos. This vintage Seiko offers so much quality and precision detail for so little money. I believe these watches are undervalued and in the future will increase in value.
