Here is a Baume & Mercier Ilea (newer watch) in stainless steel with 18k solid-gold middle links and bezel. The 24mm ladies watch is very easy to read with an authentic diamond dial. The entire condition is very fine with only the slightest marks that are barely visible with the naked eye. There is a fair amount of solid gold in the links and bezel.
