Description
Here is a very uncommon and early Mimo in stainless steel with a screw-fastened case back, which was an early attempt at waterproofing that is usually only seen on early 1940s men’s watches of the same era. Finding a steel, early ladies watch is difficult. We kept the dial and hands in original condition, as black dials are very hard to find. In real life, this deep-black dial looks great on the wrist, with the aging not as visible as shown in my photos. The case is a respectable 16×30.9mm size – not too small! The manual winding, signed Mimo Swiss movement was just cleaned and is keeping accurate time.
