This is a newer, pristine, and essentially unused Breguet ref. 5140 measuring a large 40mm and 10.8mm thick in solid 18k white gold. This Breguet is an example of a timelessly classic watch that mirrors Breguet’s legacy, which reaches back to 1775. Breguet was famous for its hand-engraved guilloche dials, as seen in this marvelous example. The offset seconds and blued steel Breguet hands add interest to this stellar dial. The automatic movement is the Breguet 502-SD 36-jewel with 46-hour power reserve. The domed crystal is sapphire. The crown and buckle are also 18k white gold. This fine Breguet comes complete with all boxes, papers, and an appraisal for insurance purposes.
