Here is a vintage Patek Phillipe Ellipse in solid 18k. White gold and retaining the original Patek band and solid white gold Buckle. The watch is rather clean…some minor marks that would easily polish but we are leaving them. On the wrist the watch looks fabulous. The white dial is original with only the smallest, subtle age marks. The correct white gold Patek crown is present. The crystal is sapphire. The very fine manual winding Patek Philippe 19 jewel 23-300 movement was just cleaned and is VERY accurate. This watch is very early and dates to about 1969. The oval case measures 2zx34mm. lug-to-lug. The Ellipse was envisioned by Georges Delessert at Patek in the late 60’s. He described it as a “pleasing shape of an American highway junction seen from the window of an airplane.” You will likely wear this Patek Philippe and hand it down to a son or daughter.
